Change a business slump into a sales jump

Posted by: qiicart on: March 26, 2011

All salespeople will encounter a business sales slump every now and then. Its impact to your business will depend on the attitude you assume. Having said that, you can either suffer from a downward spiral or find a way to get out of that black hole. The former option is a path that offers least resistance, such that many business owners commit this fatal mistake.

What To Do During Sales Slump?

Have you ever experienced the scenario described above? You probably experienced it at some point and bouncing back does not happen quickly. There are two crucial components to turning your business slump into a jump and enjoy a major increase in sales, it is all about adapting the right attitude.

There are some basic ideas you need to keep in mind if you wanted to beat sales slump and keep your business healthy as usual.

Learning From a Slump

This is the most important step to increasing your sales right after a slump. If you cannot learn from the previous slumps your business had suffer, you will continue to experience the same results. Do not blame yourself as it will only promote negative self-talk.

First off, you need to admit your defeat. But once you overcome that negative feeling of defeat, you have to come up with ways to turn things around. You must relax before taking any action to clear off your head. Then, lean towards empowering thoughts and actions that will take you back on the right track.

Talk With Friends and Your Best Client

During times of business sales slump, it is important to have a support system to get you going again. You can start off by speaking with your friends from the same network. They have the knowledge and expertise needed for you to come up with the right strategies to jump up sales.

Aside from your friends, you can also contact your clients. It is important to get feedback from them so you can find out what aspects of your business you need to improve on. Your clients or customers are the ones who are going to keep your business alive, so it is important to please them.

Continue Learning

Take it upon yourself to learn new strategies. The business industry is always evolving, which means that your marketing technique in the past five years will not produce the same results today. You must always keep your strategies up-to-date to see profits in your business.

You can also continually research on new marketing strategies by reading articles, books, or speak with industry experts. There are several sources for such information and you must not limit yourself to expand on your horizons.

Take Actions

Whatever new information or strategy you have learned from your research, take time to experiment on implementing each of them. The idea here is to assess which strategy delivers results for your business. This will effectively counteract sales business slump and turn it into sales jump if you managed to adapt the right and most effective strategy.

Turbo Farewell & the Plan that Works

Posted by: qiicart on: April 2, 2010

What is the Turbo Farewell event, and how can such a PLR treasure be profitably used with little competition?

In his early years, marketer extraordinaire Dan Kennedy created products and workshops to teach chiropractors how to market their businesses. Why? Because Dan learned that the more you SPECIALIZE, the more you can CHARGE.

Interestingly, the techniques Dan taught the chiropractors weren’t very different from the techniques used to market any business; yet because he targeted a specific niche, he was able to charge outrageous prices and enjoy an extremely high closing rate.

And Dan’s experience is not unique. Fortunes have been made teaching real estate agents, dentists, consultants, etc. how to market their specific businesses. These business professionals LOVE having info catered especially for their markets, and they’ll pay through the nose to get it.

And so while many endure stiff competition by focusing on how to sell marketing info to Internet marketers, there are a handful of savvy people cornering their own niches by offering their how-to-market info to other business professionals online.

And doing this is surprising simple. You have to realize that 90-95% of marketing online works the same, regardless of what product or service you are selling.

This means you can easily take the same Internet marketing info we market to other Internet marketers, and adapt it to other niches.

For example, right now there is an event taking place that I’ve only seen once before, and that was years ago with a guy named Mark Joyner. This event is called Turbo Farewell, and it’s John Delavera’s retirement sale. John has been teaching Internet marketers how to market online for eight years now, and he’s selling his vast (read: HUGE) line of Turbo materials with private label rights for one price.

To name just a few, there are ebooks called “Customer Service Profits,” “Traffic Tactics,” “Shoe Budget Internet Marketing,” “Free Traffic,” and a whole host of others that can easily be targeted to almost any specific online business. You could package these into a full-blown course or membership site and market it to several (or even hundreds) of different niches.

You’re looking for a niche of business folks trying to market their products or services online. They are most likely struggling to make their online businesses work, know all about their specific industry but do NOT understand how to effectively market on the Internet, and are crying out for somebody to help them.

By adapting the marketing advice in these books and many of the other books in Turbo Farewell to their specific business niches and perhaps adding in a script or two (also included) you would have almost no competition. You could become the guru of marketing widgets online, marketing XYZ services online, etc.

In fact, this one idea ALONE could make you very wealthy indeed.

Here are just a few of the possible niches you can target: Agents, antique dealers, architects, attorneys, accountants, authors, bookbinders, booksellers, brewers, brokers, cabinet makers, computer programmers, consultants, crafters, dentists, designers, dieticians, dressmakers… and that’s just the first four letters of the alphabet.

The key in being super successful at this is to get the best quality materials available that you can adopt to your own uses. This means you either write it yourself, hire someone to write it for you, or locate unusually good private label rights material, such as what you will find in John’s Turbo Farewell.

John’s materials are of the highest caliber; in fact, he’s sold it himself with his own name on it, so you know it’s the best. And with the private label rights he’s offering right now, you can label it as you like, claim authorship, and adapt it to any niche you choose.

And his event also includes many scripts, all of which can be adapted to new industries just like the information products. But it’s limited – of course – so not everyone will get in.
